Bright spot Pediatric Therapy

Careers

Although we are always taking resumes, we are actively looking for the following positions:
- Clinic-based SLP
- Mobile OT
- Mobile SLP

Bright SpOT Pediatric Therapy is a neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-based pediatric practice serving children and families in the greater Leander and Cedar Park area. We provide speech therapy and occupational therapy in our clinic in Leander, as well as community, and family-centered settings, with a focus on meaningful participation, authentic connection, and long-term outcomes. Bright SpOT was founded by an OT and an SLP who wanted to create the kind of workplace they wished existed earlier in their careers—one rooted in integrity, transparency, compassion, and high clinical standards. We are growth-oriented, reflective, and deeply committed to doing right by both our clients and our team.

If you’re looking for a flexible schedule and a workplace where your voice truly matters, we’d love to connect. We offer mentorship and support in ways that align with your experience and goals, whether you’re seeking guidance, collaboration, or opportunities to grow. You’ll work alongside a thoughtful, interdisciplinary team of occupational and speech therapists who value open communication, shared problem-solving, and mutual respect. We are deeply committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming care and actively listen to feedback from our team, believing that the best care is shaped by the people delivering it. We’re looking for therapists who are excited to collaborate, co-create, and help us continue building something meaningful for our community.

Please note: Our clinicians do not use compliance-based approaches. We prioritize co-regulation, authenticity, autonomy, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and collaborative problem-solving with families.

Your Place or Mine?

At Bright SpOT, you get to choose where you do your best work. Whether you love the energy of the clinic, enjoy working out in the community, or prefer a mix of both, we’ll align your role with your preferences from the start. You’ll always know the setting you’re applying for (no surprise home visits!). We believe therapists thrive when their work environment fits them, and we’re intentional about creating schedules that align.
