Our speech and occupational therapy sessions are each $140. We believe there is immense value in the type of therapy we provide in addition to the method in which we deliver it. We provide concierge services, meaning our therapists come to you. Whether that is at daycare while you are working, your home, a local park, a restaurant, or even the grocery store - we meet you there. We also know that extended speech therapy sessions are rare locally and even across the country. Our sessions are 45-60 minutes long for speech and 55-60 minutes long for OT. Additionally, we are passionate about our therapy practices being child-led and neurodiversity affirming. The value of these services are not only acutely beneficial, but the benefits can last throughout the lifespan. Living authentically, happily, and well-adjusted to the ever changing demands of life.
Yes. Families are eligible for prompt pay discounts if they pay for services within 24 hours of the services being rendered. Prompt pay discounts are $20 off from the session rate, bringing it down to $120 total.
We take payments through our auto-draft system, IvyPay which takes all major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards. Payments can also be made through a Quickbooks invoice.
Yes! “According to IRS Pub 502, Physical Occupational and Speech therapy services are eligible for reimbursement from flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), health reimbursement accounts (HRA), dependent care flexible spending accounts (DCFSA) and limited care flexible spending accounts ( LCFSA).” We are happy to work with families that have these types of health savings accounts! Talking with your therapist in November can give you an idea of what to put aside for the next year so you can optimize your tax free savings!
While we are in network with some insurances, it is possible we could be out of network with your specific plan. If you are having difficulty finding a therapy provider, you might be eligible for a Network Gap Exception/Single Case Agreement. These agreements work on a case-by-case basis. Essentially, we can form an agreement with your insurance plan to specifically cover your therapy sessions, even if we are not contracted with them. If you would like to learn more about Network Gap Exceptions/Single Case Agreements, reach out to us so that we can discuss further.
Another way we can work with out of network insurance is to provide a superbill to you for reimbursement of services. Our office admin will discuss this process with you in much greater detail - so please reach out to us for more information regarding superbills.
Bright SpOT never wants funding to be a reason that a child does not receive the services they need. We are happy to work with families that may be experiencing hardship financially, are medically indigent, or have other outlying factors that could keep a child from receiving needed therapy. Financial hardship waivers are available on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us to learn more about your possible eligibility.
